Kathy is a University of London Law graduate and was a Member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters from 1999-2015. With her husband Paul Pearce she established the willwriting and legal services business of Just Inheritance in 2000.
In November 2015 the business of Just Inheritance was transferred to Foresight Estate Planning Ltd of Norwich, allowing Kathy to specialise solely in the administration of estates following bereavement.
Kathy can assist the Executors or Next of Kin with all aspects of estate administration, whether or not the deceased left a Will. Indeed, working alongside Timeline Genealogcal Services of Ely for many years has given her a unique insight into the world of intesacy administration, with many cases originating from the Treasury Solicitor's regularly published list of 'bona vacantia' estates.
